Moving Forward

It's official, Morgan's book is here in hardcover and paperback. It looks glorious. I'm so excited!!!

How much fun has this been... While I was waiting for Morgan's book to get here, I started to wonder how I can promote this book. My friend just had his children's book published (John Edwards, "Our phones left home!") and he takes little colorful 3-D phones with him to all book promotions so of course I asked him how he got the phones. He had them made with a 3-D printer, yep he gave me the contact info for the guy who created his 3-D pattern. After a few calls and emails, he was able to create a "pattern" of Morgan, from a photo. Once the "pattern" was ready, I emailed it to John, he made and mailed two little-plastic-Morgan's. (and a cool video of his 3-D machine making Little-Morgan) Both arrived the same day as Morgan's books. These can go with me to any book signing that real-Morgan can not attend.

I designed and ordered three different fun-colorful-custom stickers for each book. Because I needed more to do, I spent a few hours creating an activity book to go with Morgan's book. Lisa, the president of the National Newfie therapy team, Morgan is on... helped me submit the activity book to KDP. This got alittle confusing and she has used KDP before so I called her for help, we are still waiting for it's approval.

Then I created an order form so that people can order books directly from me... we are ready!!!

Let the "Unwanted" and "Morgan" book promoting begin!!!
